We make every effort to improve the audio quality of each episode. Our audio editors are skilled at removing background noises, normalizing volume, and cleaning up audio imperfections.
However, there is only so much we can do to improve audio that is very poor quality. If we notice that the recording quality is very poor, we will reach out to you to discuss solutions for the episode and ways to avoid the issue in the future.
We highly recommended doing a 30 second test with your guest prior to recording and listening back to make sure that everything sounds as it should.
Episodes must be submitted 5 business days in advance of the desired publication date. If the episode is not submitted 5 days in advance, we will plan to publish the episode on the next upcoming release date.
If you have a time sensitive episode that needs to be rushed, please contact our team and we will try our best to accommodate the request. Please note: A rush fee may apply.
We know that consistency is important in podcasting and will work with you to get an episode out. We can release a short solo episode or rerelease a popular past episode in place of a regular episode.
Please note that your subscription is for up to a specified amount of episodes per month. We are not able to give credits for missed episodes.
